Q. How does my school sign up?
A. Simply click the "School Enrollment Form" tab opposite to be connected with an online registration form.
Q. Is there a minimum number of kits required to order?
A. No minimum.
Q. Is shipping free?
A. Yes, if we are shipping directly to a participating school.
Q. How do you know what our teachers require?
A. Your school has provided us with the teacher requested school supplies list.
Q. Can we place an order if our school is not a participating school?
A. Yes, we have standardized kits for each grade. We will ship these kits directly to your home. Standard shipping charges will apply.
Q. Do you sell name brand or generic?
A. We sell name brand products, for example, crayola, elmers, fiskars, mead and other name brands as well as some items which are generic brands. See your schools list to see the exact items and brands requested by your school.
Q. How does our school benefit from this program?
A. All participating schools receive a 10% rebate for all purchases of "Classroom Custom" kits or "Grade Specific" kits made through their school's program. All participating schools are also given the opportunity to receive donated kits for children unable to purchase required supplies. Schools may also receive additional supplies requested by their teachers provided through our "Wish List" program.
Q. How does a student qualify for a donated kit?
A. Your PTA, PTO or other organization will determine who receives donated kits and then deliver the kits to the appropriate children.
Q. How long does it take to order?
A. It only takes a few clicks of your mouse to complete an order.
Q. What if items are missing or damaged in our kit?
A. In the unlikely event that an item is missing or damaged, we will ship immediately a replacement item to your school. |
