Q. How do we sign up?
A. Simply click the icon "School Enrollment Form " located on our home page under the "Whats New" section to be connected with an online registration form.
Q. Is there a minimum order number?
A. No, however, to receive the free shipping to your school we must have at least 25 kits ordered.
Q. How do you know what our teachers require?
A. You will need to either fax or email your teachers required school supply list to USASchoolSupplies.com.
Q. Can we do without the actual teacher required list?
A. Yes, we have standardized kits for each grade.
Q. Do you sell name brand or generic?
A. We sell name brand products, for example, Crayola, Elmers, Fiskars, Mead and other name brands. We also may include select quality private label products to keep our prices as competative as possible
Q. How does our school get the 10%?
A. We pay via check directly to your school or the organization of your school's choice. Checks are distributed within 30 days after the delivery of kits to your school.
Q. How does one qualify for a donated kit?
A. Your school will select deserving students and deliver the donated kits to appropriate children.
Q. Are your prices higher than retail?
A. No, our prices are competitive with retail prices.
Q. How long does it take to order?
A. It only takes a few clicks of the mouse to complete the order.
Q. What if items are missing or damaged in our kit?
A. In the unlikely event that an item is missing or damaged, we will immediately ship a replacement item to your school. |
